Indoor Grills
[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]I am often asked why would anyone need or want an indoor grill? Honestly it’s a great idea, especially for people who have little or no outdoor space for a gas barbecue. Or for our apartment dwelling friends that still want to enjoy barbecue-style food, but with less oil and smoke.
The Two Most Common Types of Indoor Grills
Open Grill
An open grill is basically a single grilling plate that you place the food on it and you cook one side, then flip it over to cook the other side.
An open grill is most common for those who want the hands on outdoor BBQ experience
Contact Grill
The contact grill has two grilling plates, the basic setup sees one plate inside the lid and one at the bottom of the unit.
This type of grill cooks faster than the open grill. Plus generally speaking they are more compact in size. This is a great choice for smaller kitchens.
